• All dining meals, such as: breakfast, lunch and dinner (are three-course meals).

• Meals are served at our à-la-carte restaurants (three-course meals) or buffet style, when available.

• Fine dining at two of our signature restaurants: Pitahayas & De Cortez (advance reservation is required).

• Moonlighting, Tapas & Expo, Independence day and others night themes dining table with selected wine list, advance reservation is required.

• Food & beverages at the Kids Club are included as child meals.

• A Box Lunch is available for your off-property excursions. Please contact our Concierge Desk by dialing extension #24207 at least 24 hours in advance to ask about our menu options and delivery times.

• Non-alcohol beverages available all day during regular operating hours.

• Mimosa & Bloody Mary available during breakfast service.

• Open bar with domestic and selected international branded liquors & wines, available from 11:00 am to 10:30 pm at applicable restaurants and bars during operating hours.

• “Your Catch, We Cook” without an additional cost at Girasoles Restaurant. Dial extension #24207 to book your table.

• Taxes & Service charge.





• Room Service (In-room Dining).

• Bar ordered by the bottle. Wine only served by the glass.

• Beverages sold at the Spa or Fitness Center.

• Room Drops or Room Deliveries of group gifts or notifications.

• Kids Club Day Care fee is not included. However, food & beverages are included as child meals.

• Store concessions such as: Portales, Tobacco Shop, Santamarina, Artesanos, El Molino Starbucks coffee ®.

• During private banquet functions, bars set up for group events are exclusively for the use of group participants.

• Meal Plan benefits are NOT applicable for our resort’s special holiday event menus; an additional, however these will be available with an additional charge per person:

o Thanksgiving Dinner

o Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Special Dinner

o New Year’s Eve Special Dinner



• With your Meal Plan package, you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at all our restaurants and bars.

• À-la-carte service includes a 3-course meal (appetizer or soup or salad + main course + dessert).

• Menu and schedules of restaurants and stores are subject to change, as well as to availability.

• Refunds and discounts are not provided for unused portions of the package.

• Meal credits cannot be accumulated.

• A Meal Plan package must be sold to all guests staying in the suite.

• Participant guests are required to wear a Wristband. In case of lost, replacement Wristband is subject to a charge of $50 USD per person.

• Meal Plan may not be combined with other promotions, discounts or coupons at the time of purchase and while staying at the resort.

• Participating guests will receive a restaurant check after the meal. Guest name, room number and signature should be included. This is exclusively for internal control; guests will not be charged for their Meal-Plan consumptions.

• Take-Out or To-Go orders are not permitted for food and beverages. Consumptions must be exclusively at our outlets.

• Food and beverage benefits from the Meal-Plan are not transferable to other guests.

• The box lunch is one per person, per day, and it replaces one of the meals of the day.

• Please refer to the beverage list to view the brands of alcoholic beverages included. Brands not listed are subject to regular established pricing.

• Bar service is exclusively by the glass. Bottles of wines or liquor will not be provided to guests.

• Black-out dates may apply with prior notification.

• Prices appear in Mexican pesos for informational purposes only. Deposits and total charges will be charged in U.S. dollars.

• Taxes and service charges are included.

• The currency exchange rate applies.

Cancelations:

o You may cancel without penalties up to 3 days prior to your arrival at 05:00 pm local time.

o Cancellations within 3 days prior to the arrival at 05:00 pm a penalty applies for the total amount of the Meal Plan per person.


Wristband: 

o There will be a charge of $50 USD per lost Wristband.

o Without a Wristband the total amount of the order will be charged.

o Validity: The Meal Plan is valid only during the purchased days, you must drop off your wristband to our Front Office on the last day, otherwise the total cost per day per person will be applied to your room bill.


Box lunch:

o One box lunch per person, per day will be available and this will replace one meal of the day.

o One box lunch is available to be consumed outside the property. Please contact our Concierge team to extension #24207 with at least 24 hours in advance to view our options and delivery times.

o Each box lunch only includes one beer, soft drink or bottle of water per person.
